What we collect
When you ask for a quote, we collect your name, phone number, email, and the type of project (interior, exterior, cabinets, or multiple).
Two ways to send us your info: our website form at 2tcontracting.com/painting/, or a Meta Lead Form on Facebook or Instagram. The Meta form auto-fills your name, phone, and email from your Meta profile so you do not have to type them.
We do not ask for your home address until we schedule the in-home quote — and that conversation happens by phone or text, not on a web form.
How we use it
We use your contact info to follow up about your painting project.
In practice that means: a text within 5 minutes during business hours, a phone call to schedule a free in-home quote, and a short follow-up cadence over the next few days if we have not connected yet.
We do not send newsletters. We do not sign you up for marketing emails. We do not pass your info to outside advertisers.
Who sees it
Your info goes to 2T Contracting LLC (Josue Barrera, owner). On the back end, your lead passes through a few business tools we use to stay organized:
- Zapier — routes the lead from the form into our inbox
- Google Workspace — specifically Gmail (label
2tcontracting-leads) and a Google Sheet called “2T Lead Log — Launch Window”
Those services act as data processors. They hold your info on our behalf under their own privacy commitments. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third-party marketers.
How long we keep it
Quote leads that do not convert: 24 months. We keep them in case you reach back out or want a fresh quote later. After 24 months we archive them.
Customers we have completed a job for: indefinitely. We keep these records so we can honor your 2-year workmanship warranty and follow up for repeat business or referrals.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Send you a copy of the info we have on you
- Delete your info from our systems
- Stop following up about a quote

Cookies and tracking
When you visit our website we use:
- Meta Pixel (ID
1692670548746847) and Meta Conversions API — these tell us if a Facebook or Instagram ad sent you here, so we know which ads are working - Google Analytics 4 (
G-R0HSQNQ528) — anonymous traffic stats so we know which pages people read
The pixel and Conversions API are how we measure ad performance. They do not sell your data. We use them only to track whether our ads turn into real quote requests.
Children
Painting and remodeling decisions are for property owners. Our site is not aimed at kids. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
Updates
We may update this page from time to time. The latest effective date shows at the top.
