How long does a bathroom remodel take?
A bath refresh takes 5–8 days. A tub-to-shower conversion runs 10–14 days. A full hall bath remodel is 2–3 weeks. A primary bath remodel can be 3–5 weeks depending on scope.
Do I need permits?
Yes — Montgomery County requires permits for plumbing changes, electrical work, and any structural changes. We handle every permit and coordinate inspections so you don't have to.
Can I still use my home during the remodel?
If you have a second bathroom, yes. We seal off the work area with plastic sheeting, do daily clean-up, and keep dust out of the rest of your home.
Do you do tub-to-shower conversions for aging in place?
Yes — curbless walk-in showers, grab bars, comfort-height toilets, and bench seating. We're happy to design for accessibility.
Where do I pick fixtures and tile?
We send you to our preferred suppliers in Rockville and Beltsville with a list of what fits your scope and budget. We can also work from selections you've already made.
What's your warranty?
Two years on all workmanship — written, in your contract. Manufacturer warranties on fixtures and materials apply separately.
